The Opportunity:
We're developing a platform for the next generation of content creators. As a Product Owner, you'll shape our core platform that orchestrates AI models and creative workflows, helping creators efficiently produce high-quality content. You'll work directly on features that bridge the gap between professional-grade tools and independent creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with Cuebric's strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and document product requirements that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team has actionable and well-defined tasks.
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to break down features into executable tasks, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
- Take full feature ownership from ideation to release including research, concept development, developer support and quality assurance.
- Apply user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, and customer pain points. Leverage user research and feedback to guide decision-making.
- Design intuitive, end-to-end workflows and experiences that maximize user engagement and retention.
- Develop strategies for validating product hypotheses through early adoption, testing, and iteration, using internal and external feedback loops.
- Establish workflows for collecting and analyzing product usage data, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to refine the product continuously.
- Integrate market insights and competitive analysis into product development to ensure differentiation and long-term success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or 5+ years of experience in a user experience leadership function; experience in developing creative tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of UX/CX, including customer journeys, use case development, market and competitive analysis. This expertise may come from a product management or user experience perspective.
- Proven experience collaborating successfully with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to think outside the box, integrating market insights and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated customer value.
