The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be the face of Cuebric for both our B2B and B2C customers. This role is critical in ensuring our users, from individual creatives to large enterprise accounts, receive exceptional support and service.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Support: Act as a dedicated support contact for enterprise accounts. Handle their queries, provide onboarding and training sessions, and ensure their experience with Cuebric is seamless.
- B2C Support: Manage our Discord-based support system for individual users. Claim and delegate support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with various departments like front-end development, machine learning, and UI/UX teams to address specific customer queries.
- Crisis Management: Handle potentially difficult customer interactions with calmness and professionalism, maintaining Cuebric's reputation for responsive and empathetic customer support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a tech and creative environment.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Discord or similar platforms for customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various support channels effectively.
- A calm demeanor, especially in handling challenging customer interactions.
- A sense of urgency and commitment to quick response times.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
